Be aware that the Gaines Opus Institute may occasionally capture photographs or video recordings of students during classes, shows, or on the Discord platform for promotional purposes. All such material's copyrights belong to the Gaines Opus Institute and may be published across different media.
We take pride in having a faculty composed of accomplished, professionally performing musicians. Due to their performance commitments or other reasons, they may be unavailable at times. In such cases, the used credits will be reimbursed to the student.
Every 30 days, students can cancel one class by contacting us via Discord. The corresponding credit will then be returned to the student's account. Please note that no class can be canceled twice and no refunds will be given once a credit is purchased.
In the event of any technical glitches resulting in the loss of your profile or credits, Gaines Opus Institute disclaims all liability. We shall not be held responsible for any such losses and no credits or other compensation will be returned.
We frequently send out important notifications regarding appointments, events, surveys, and exclusive promotions via Discord direct messages or Email, which could be automated or sent directly by a person. You may receive up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Respond STOP to any message to unsubscribe from these notifications.
The Gaines Opus Institute reserves the right to dismiss any student non-compliance with the school’s policies.
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time and without prior notice unless a material change occurs. In such cases, we will inform you via the email address you provided. Continued use of our services after any such changes implies your acceptance of and agreement to follow the updated policies.
